How the NESSY Cloud was created from a simple idea
The initial situation
DFK Nord AG, a leading company in the financial sector, faced a challenge: they needed a solution to sign documents online and share them securely between advisors and clients. Previously, these processes were time-consuming and often involved paperwork. What began as a request for a simple online document signing solution evolved into a comprehensive project - and led to the development of the NESSY Cloud.
The goal
The original goal was to develop a user-friendly web application that would allow documents to be securely shared between advisors and customers and signed online. However, it quickly became clear that DFK Nord AG needed much more: a platform that would cover the entire advisory process, from document management to video consulting. The application needed to be able to be used at multiple locations and offer a simple yet powerful solution that would increase efficiency and collaboration within the company.
The solution

- Quotation creation and management: Quotations can be created directly in the application and shared with customers. The management of contracts and financing requests is also handled entirely via the NESSY Cloud.
- Flexibility and control: advisors have access to the platform from anywhere and can organize their work flexibly. All important information and documents are available at all times.
The NESSY Cloud has considerably simplified and optimized the day-to-day work of consultants at various locations. It not only enables the fast and secure exchange of documents, but also improves communication and collaboration between consultants and clients.
