The aim was to develop a powerful, scalable website that would enable the management of real estate projects in one central location while providing individual content for the various user groups. The new website was to significantly increase lead generation and enable DFK Nord AG to present its properties more efficiently and address potential interested parties directly. It was also important that the system remained flexible and that DFK Nord AG's internal team could manage content quickly and easily themselves.

Our team developed a modern website that manages all large-scale real estate projects centrally and at the same time enables individual delivery of content to over 100 employees and the various branch sites. By integrating a user-friendly content management system (CMS), the DFK Nord AG team is now able to easily maintain 60 real estate projects and adapt them in real time. Images and videos of the properties can be uploaded effortlessly and made visible on the website immediately.
